Who we are and where we operate
Growth and Development Unlimited Ltd. is a New Zealand limited liability company subject to the laws of New Zealand.
New Zealand may not offer a level of privacy protection as great as that offered in other jurisdictions.
Note that our website server is located in the United States, therefore your data may be transferred to, stored, or processed in the United States. By using our Site, you understand and consent to the collection, storage, processing, and transfer of your data to website servers in the United States and those third parties we share your data with, as described in this Privacy Notice.
What does this Privacy Notice apply to?
This Privacy Notice applies to visitors to and users of our website https://www.growanddevelopnow.com which is referred to in this notice as “the Site”.
Visitors to our Site
When someone visits our Site we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to different parts of our Site so we can make improvements to them. This log information is only processed in a way which does not identify any individuals; we do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our Sites.
Google Analytics uses cookies. (You can find more information on how cookies are used on our Site in the Cookies section below.) By using our Site, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.
We will make it clear when we collect personally identifiable information from you, by presenting you with a form to fill in, and will explain what we intend to do with the information, for example to send you a PDF document that you have requested.
How we collect and use your data

Who else has access to your data?
We will never give or sell your details to other companies or businesses for marketing purposes.
We may use external payment partners to help us manage billing and to process credit card payments. In this case, the external service will directly collect your billing information for payment purposes. We will have no access to that data.
Other ways we may use your data
We may share your personal information to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, to establish or exercise our legal rights or, defend against legal claims and if in our judgment in such circumstances disclosure is required or appropriate.
We may share your personal information if we believe it is necessary in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our various terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
Mailing list sign-up
If you subscribe to any of our mailing lists, we will collect personal information in order to be able to send our emails to you. We use our mailing lists to provide business advice and recommendations, to tell you about articles we’ve written, to share articles from other reputable sources, and so on. We may also use your contact information to check that our records are up to date or to confirm that you want to stay subscribed to our list.
We use an external mailing system to deliver our emails: ConvertKit. This mailing system provider holds minimal contact information about you such as your email address and name which they need in order to deliver the emails we send. When we send emails we use industry standard technologies to gather statistics about how many people opened the email and how many clicked on links. This information does identify individuals and we use that data to help us improve our emails to ensure they are interesting and meaningful for our readers, and to avoid sending information to you that is not relevant to your interests.
Security of your data
Our Site is secure. HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure) is an internet communication protocol that protects the integrity and confidentiality of data between your computer or device and our Site. This gives you a secure and private online experience when using our Site. You will know our Site is secure because:

This Privacy Notice is specific to Grow and Develop Now and does not cover those external websites. We do not pass any personal data to those other sites, but depending on how you use an external website, they may be able to collect some log data about you; for instance, your IP address if that other site uses Google Analytics.
Our social media sites
As an internet user, it’s important to remember that when you post a comment or content on any social media account (e.g. Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) or comment on a blog or discussion forum, etc., you have the ability to include personally identifiable information about yourself. If it is a site that is accessible to the public, you should bear in mind that any information you provide there may be read, collected, and used by other members of the public who access those sites.
To request removal of your personal information from one of our social media accounts, blog comments, or discussion forum, because you are unable to remove it yourself, you can contact us at hello@growanddevelopnow.com. In some cases, depending on where you posted your information, we may not be able to remove your personal information ourselves, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why.

Children
Our marketing and our Site content are directed at individuals 18 years and older. If you are younger than 16, do not provide any personal information to us.
Our site is not intended for use by minors under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone below that age.
