When you're starting or running a business, it feels like there are a lot of numbers and calculations that you need to get your head around. It might sound like hard work, especially if you don't like math, but believe us, when it's your own business, it can actually be great fun to play with your numbers!

One of the things to get a good handle on is what your likely sales revenue could be, if you can generate a certain number of Leads consistently each month. Of course, not all leads will purchase from you, so you also need to understand your Conversion Rate - which is the average % of leads who actually buy.

Let's say you're just starting out and you hope to generate 100 leads per month, on average, through your traffic generation strategies. And maybe 20 of those leads will actually make a purchase. That's a 20% conversion rate.

If those 20 people each spend an average of $50, then your sales revenue for that month will be 20 times $50, which is $1,000 - or $12,000 annual sales revenue.

Now imagine that you could grow the amount of revenue without having to increase the amount of traffic you're generating... You might think that sounds crazy but no, we're not hallucinating!

How could that be possible?

With a model that we call The 5 Ways. It's a hugely powerful concept to understand, since each of the 5 components in the model is a little like a magic lever that combines with the other components to amplify the money-earning potential of your business.

In the meantime, here's an interactive calculator especially for you, so you can plug in your own numbers and estimates.

Pro Tip: If you are an affiliate marketer, enter your typical commission amount in the Average Sale Amount field.
